Objectives
The objectives
The project aims to reducing the effect of stress at work through the Development of an Innovative Training Programme on how to teach Managers (medium level and executives) to deal with stress.
In order to achieve this aim, the project will pursue the following objectives:
1. Analysing the state of the art around the Stress at work effects, needs and current research to fully understand the present.
2. Designing a Training Programme that meet the manager’s needs, depart from current research and address the effects of Stress at work.
3. Testing the Training Programme on final users (medium managers and executives) and future trainers
4. Identifying further steps for the project and setting up an Online Network-Community on the topic.
Target group
In the Short Term, the project will involve Enterprises and Research Institutions as primary targets, through the National and European Panel.
FIT-MNG and its results and products are addressed to medium level managers with exposition to stress but without competences to deal with it and, for that reason, vulnerable to its defects on labour productivity. This collective will become the executive managers of the future.
On-line Network Community
Everyone interested in the project topic can participate in a more active way in the on-line network community.
The network community will be an on-line space of discussion about different topics of the project, that will be the base for the development of the training programme addressed to medium managers and executives and the other products of FIT-MNG. All opinions are welcomed!
This Network will operate from the project Website. To ask for access follow the instructions in the registration area.
